I always get excellent service from Ackerman and Nolan. It starts with talking to Alysha and Jess in the office and they are always kind and patient. Earlier this fall, Robert came to do a yearly checkup on my gas furnace. He was great. Nathan, Connor, and Shane were just here this week cleaning the furnace ducts and dryer vent. They did a thorough job. Everyone is so easy to talk to and friendly.

Update: they called and offered to come clean out the blower and ducts free of charge. Can't ask for more than that- amazing customer service!

Technician removed our furnace air filter and didn’t tell us. As a result the furnace was running for three weeks with no filter. I called and left a message but they never called back.
