I was very pleased with the first annual maintenance service of my new mini-split system. The serviceman was very patient as he clearly explained questions I had about special features on the remote that I had not understood so had just ignored for a year. So now I feel confident to use the extra features of the system that I'm sure would have been explained to me earlier had I bothered to ask.
