From our initial contact with Ackerman’s to scheduling with Jessica and Alisa, to the HVAC vent and duct cleaning and water heater installation techs (Shane, Nathan, Eli and Luka), to the cleaning/service tech (Jonah) for our old HVAC system that we decided to replace, to the sales rep (Rob), we have received top-notch service, respect, professionalism and very thorough attention to all detail. Customer care and satisfaction was definitely foremost in their minds. Jessica set us up on their ACE maintenance plan, which made it possible for us to budget for regular maintenance. Having just bought our home, Rob was able to process an application for financing, which made it possible for us to make the necessary installations and repairs to include a new central air heating and cooling system, a new air scrubber, a new thermostat, and a new water heater. Ackerman’s also contracted with an electrician from Dick’s (Matt) who was also very professional and nice. All of the Ackerman staff were such a pleasure to do business with. We were even comfortable coming and going with all of them in our home knowing that they were honest and trustworthy.
