We had an excellent experience with Robert and his apprentice Kevin while they worked on repairing leaks in our Mitsubishi heat pump system. What initially seemed like a straightforward repair turned out to be much more challenging than expected, but Robert went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
Robert's diligence and dedication to finding a solution and following through with the repair really stood out. Even when unexpected issues came up, Robert continued working toward a comprehensive fix and stayed late on multiple occasions to get the repairs completed. Throughout the entire process, he kept both me and my wife updated on his progress, explained what he was finding and doing, and maintained a kind, positive, easy-to-talk-to attitude even when the job became challenging and complicated.
We also really appreciated the incredibly detailed notes he provided on the invoice. That level of documentation, along with his commitment to keeping us informed every step of the way, gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done.
