For the past 22 years, Ackerman Heating and Air Conditioning has maintained the HVAC equipment in my duplex, and there has only been one time that there was a problem, but it was not Ackerman's people to cause the problem, it was the renters abusing the system. When Nathan and his partner cleaned the ducts, they found the coils completely frozen and they cleared the ice, vacuumed the ducts, and put everything back in order. The tenants and I are very happy with their professionalism and quality work.

I am so glad I chose Ackerman for my particular installation project. Everyone including Rob, Mikey, Ryder, Alysha--and all the staff were patient, understanding and efficient. The house was built by my dad starting in the early 1980's and had a few "quirks" that needed to be addressed along the way. The Ackerman crew handled everything and now I am enjoying AC for the first time in the upstairs of the house. Thanks Ackerman!
