Mikey and Shane did a great job getting my new furnace and AC installed. They had to relevel the AC pad and were careful and good about the landscaping. Mikey kept us in the loop the whole time in regards to the furnace.

Ackerman, are the best people for heating and air conditioning. The staff are wonderful and very nice and respectful to their customers. Rob Scott and his crew know what they are doing. Everyone was really nice to us even after the 2020 fire in Malden. Our heating is one of tge best investments we did for our selfs and I would recommend this company to everyone in whitman County and any were else that this company can serves. These people know what they are doing. Want to wish them all a happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas as well.

As an employee, I had Ackerman-Nolan’s install a new heat pump and clean my ducts. The installers were neat and professional, Shane, Mike and Luka, and the duct cleaning crew killed it. They even air washed my dryer and the exhaust vent, it was plugged and a fire danger, Conner, James and Nathan. Thanks guys, smells fresh and feels clean!
Kyle Bond did an awesome job! He came out to clean and flush my hot water tank and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained what he was doing, got everything running perfectly, and left the area spotless. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

We had a leak from a condensation drain and Robert came to our home quickly late in the evening. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions. Early the next morning, Luka and Ryder came to our home to complete the repairs. They were also friendly, professional and very competent, completing the repair in very little time. We are so thankful to have such amazing service from Ackerman!
This occurred in the summer. Since then we have had people to clean our dryer vent, and Robert has also done seasonal maintenance on our minisplits. We feel like he really gets it, and everyone at their company takes their time to do great work. We couldn't be happier

Kyle was super professional and kind. He explained everything he did and went out of his way to explain the error codes so I could explain to them in the future what was wrong before they came out for services.
