I've called twice to tell you not to come to our house and have been disconnected both times when the system says it will connect me to an agent. UPDATE: I received a call just a bit later and everything was well taken care of. Thanks, Ackerman staff!

We initially were having trouble with our AC which was the reason for scheduling a service call.
Kyle was able to determine the underlying cause so we only incurred a service call!
Kyle was professional, kind, and respectful of our home.

I called for emergency service on Monday and Kyle from Ackerman came out today. He spent a couple hours here doing everything he could to get our air conditioner working again. Unfortunately, we need a new one because of its age, but they’re able to deliver it on Friday which is great.
