Kyle’s service in skill, knowledge and professionalism was impressive. He did a thorough job getting our AC system ready for summer. He informed me of the condition of the system and the necessary steps to enhance its performance. He even showed me how to use the thermostat properly. He’s a professional in his field and cares about customer care and service. I’m very pleased with this company from the time they installed our new furnace and the ongoing maintenance program over the years.

(Funny story, I wrote this review a couple years ago for the install and apparently didn’t click “post.” We just got done with our seasonal service and Kyle was thorough and thoughtful, even after the snakes! We love our central air and can’t thank Ackerman’s enough for the equipment. Looking forward to getting a mini-split in a few years! Here was the original review as well!)
I am heat intolerant due to a health issue and Ackerman Heating and Air got my equipment in within a week and installed it the day after they had it. I’m no longer confined to one room of my home! Dropped the average temp of my house to comfortable levels so I can feel at home in my home! Great work and amazing service.
