They got us in quick as our heat was not working. Kyle Bond was on time, very honest and super friendly.

I called a different number company when I woke up to find my house was 55 degrees because my furnace had quit working. I was talking to my best friend who works for an HVAC company in Kennewick. She told me to send the estimate, and she would have her company look it over. I am so glad I did! They told me to call Ackerman's because they thought the estimate was excessive. I called Ackerman's and not only did that save me several thousands, but they also found all the work in the estimate was not necessary. Everyone I talked to at Ackerman's was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My sincere thanks go out to Dustin (general manager); Alicia and Jessica (office staff); Jonah, Luka, Eli, and Kyle (techs/installers). They all made a terrible and traumatic event much easier to deal with. I truly cannot thank them all enough.

Robert checked in with me before and after the work order for the semi annual Maintenance on the furnaces. He was very thorough and conscientious and brought ease to the tenants by changing out the batteries in their thermostat. Would definitely request him again.

2024 - Ackerman's did a great job replacing an old A/C with a new heat pump. The quote process was the most thorough I've ever seen and the job was completed in a day. I was very happy with the service provided by Ackerman's.

2026 - Had an annual service performed on my heat pump and Kyle was awesome; he adjusted the backup temp settings and talked me through the whole process while he was at it.
